A fee of 30 EUR, CCA 830 CZK, is charged for each additional driver. Price does not include 21 percent VAT.

THE DELIVERY OR RETURN SERVICE IS AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY,7 DAYS A WEEK. THERE IS EXTRA CHARGE APPLIED ONLY FOR AFTER-HOURS SERVICE . THERE IS ONLY ONE PLACE WHERE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE AT VACLAV HAVEL AIRPORT PRAGUE. IT IS IN BUILDING OF PARKING C, WHICH HAS THREE GATES AND THE RIGHT GATE IS DEDICATED ENTRANCE FOR CAR RETURN OF ALL INTERNATIONAL RENT A CAR COMPANIES. THERE IS NON- STOP CHECK-IN SERVICE WHICH TAKES THE CAR, KEYS AND DOCUMENTS FROM CLIENT AND CHECKS THE CAR. CLIENT GETS COPY OF CHECK LIST, I.E. PROTOCOL WITH CAR RETURN DETAILS.

MINI ECONOMY THROUGH ECONOMY AND COMPACT ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. INTERMEDIATE, STANDARD, FULL SIZE, MPV, SUV AND VAN ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENTERS 23 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. A YOUNG DRIVER FEE IS NOT APPLIED. YOUNG DRIVERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE A HIGHER CAR CLASS IN ACCORDANCE AS IT IS STATED ABOVE.

Vehicles can be driven in all European countries except Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
A surcharge of 36 EUR will apply for all cross border travels.
This surcharge is charged monthly for long-term rentals. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization.
Driving the vehicle in another country without prior authorization will require the customer to pay for all recovery expenses in case of an accident or breakdown.

Damage Waiver (DW) reduces the deductible in the event of damage to the vehicle, when no responsible third party is identified. If DW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter and reduces the applicable excess to zero. For all vehicles excess of 1000 EUR applies.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as pick-up will be subject to a one-way fee. Domestic and international one-way rentals are permitted to selected locations and must be pre-booked or authorized at the time of pick-up. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location and pick up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.

ALL VEHICLES ARE SUPPLIED WITH A FULL TANK AND MUST BE RETURNED WITH FULL TANK. IF THE VEHICLE IS NOT RETURNED FULLY TANKED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF MISSING FUEL ACCORDING TO CURRENT PRICE STATED IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT OF THE RENTER.

A full valid license which has been held for a minimum of one year is required for all cars. An international driving permit is not required.

IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT, THEFT OR DAMAGE OF THE VEHICLE OR OF ANY PART OF IT, AND ALSO IN CASE OF INJURY OR DEATH OCCURRING AS A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE RENTER IS ALWAYS OBLIGED TO CALL THE POLICE WITHOUT CONSIDERATION TO THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGES. IF HE DOES NOT DO IT HE HAS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE. THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO FILL UP A TRANSPORT ACCIDENT REPORT ,THE FORM IS PART OF THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE VEHICLE. THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO GIVE A CONFIRMATION OF THE PARTICIPATION ON AN ACCIDENT OR ON ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO OTHER PARTIES WITHOUT DELAY TO THE LESSOR, AT THE LATEST IN 24 HOURS FROM THE EVENT. IN CASE OF THEFT OF THE VEHICLE THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO IMMEDIATELY GIVE THE DOCUMENTATION AND KEYS OF THE VEHICLE TO THE LESSOR, IF HE DOES NOT DO IT, HE IS LIABLE TO THE LESSOR FOR THE CAUSED DAMAGE FOR 50 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL LOSS, MINIMALLY 2.000, EURO, 50.000 CZK. . CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL IS ALLOWED TO EU COUNTRIES. LIST OF OTHER PERMITED COUNTRIES BASED ON INSURANCE OF THE CARS IS STATED IN CZECH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE ON THE BACK SIDE OF GREEN CARD, INTERNATIONAL MOTOR INSURANCE CARD, WHICH EACH VEHICLE OF OUR FLEET HAS. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL IS NOT PERMITTED INTO- ALBANIA, BULGARIA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, BELARUS, CYPRUS, ESTONIA, ISRAEL, IRAN, ICELAND, LITHUANIA, LATVIA, MONTENEGRO, MOLDOVA, MACEDONIA, ROMANIA, RUSSIAN FEDERATION, SERBIA, TURKEY AND UKRAINE. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL IS PERMITTED INTO- ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, GERMANY, DENMARK, SPAIN, FRANCE, FINLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, GREECE, HUNGARY, CROATIA, ITALY, IRELAND, LIECHTENSTEIN, LUXEMBOURG, NORWAY, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, POLAND, SWEDEN, SLOVENIA, SWITZERLAND AND SLOVAKIA.

PAI - CHARGE FOR ARRANGING SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE OF PASSENGERS IN VEHICLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHARACTER OF INSURANCE EVENT, UP TO 7.808 EUR PER PASSENGER. NUMBER OF PASSENGERS MUST NOT EXCEED THE ALLOWED NUMBER FOR RENTAL VEHICLE.

METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE CREDIT CARDS VISA, AMEX, MASTER CARD, EUROCARD, DINNERS CLUB. COMPANIES CAN PAY BY INVOICE. CASH PAYMENT IS POSSIBLE WITH PREAUTHORIZATION ON A CREDIT CARD ONLY. IF CUSTOMER HAS NO VALID CREDIT CARD OR HAS UNSUFFICIENT FUNDS ON THE CREDIT CARD, LESSOR MAY REFUSE TO RELEASE TO SUCH CLIENT THE VEHICLE.

CUSTOMER WILL NEED PASSPORT AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TOGETHER WITH INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE, WHEN NEEDED ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS OF THE COUNTRY OF ISSUE. ALL DOCUMENTS HAVE TO HAVE VALID PHOTO OF THE HOLDER.
